2. What do I receive with my purchase now?
Upon receipt of your payment you will receive an email confirming the Commercial Rights Licence / Reseller Licence Mega Bundle Package. Purchase Ref: (GBEXP-MB-15K/35K/55K-COML/RSELL), in accordance with your purchased package.
3. When will I receive access to my Mega Bundle Package?
All authorised Commercial Rights Licence / Reseller Licence Mega Bundle Certificate Packages- Ref: GBEXP-MB-15K/35K/55K-COML/RSELL, in accordance with your purchased package and FREE Bonus Gifts, will be available from 30 November 2024.
4. How do I access or download my Mega Bundle Package?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with login instructions. Please check your email for details on how to access your Mega Bundle Package products.
5. Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Please purchase carefully, because unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, (only in exceptional circumstances, e.g. if product is defective) therefore refund requests will NOT be accepted should you decide to change your mind ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT, due to the fact that the product (s) is/are a digital item (s) that would have been "downloaded" so cannot be returned to us, unlike a "physical product " that could be returned to us in the post.
Refund requests due to Digital Product Download Issues or Unzipping Problems: If you encounter any problems with downloading or unzipping the product, please report them immediately by emailing help@guidebookexpertsdigital.com. Claims related to these issues/problems must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date, or your refund request may be declined. Refunds will be processed and only issued, upon verification and approval.
